ISIC CARD – INTERNATIONAL STUDENT IDENTIFICATION CARD

  • The ISIC card is intended for pupils or students who can provide proof of studying/enrollment in the current academic year at undergraduate, postgraduate, or doctoral levels.
  • Users must be at least 12 years old.

CONDITIONS AND DOCUMENTATION FOR CARD ISSUANCE

Required documents:

  • A copy of a scanned ID card or another official document (passport).
  • One of the following two documents:
    1. Certificate of enrollment for the current academic year issued by the school or university. This certificate is also submitted by final-year students, postgraduates, and specialization students.
      or
    2. The first page of the student record book (index) and the page with the certified semester for the current academic year.
  • One photo for document purposes, dimensions 2.5 x 3.5 cm.
  • Paid annual membership fee in the amount of 900 RSD, valid from September of one academic year to December of the next (the card is tied to the academic year).

You can submit a request for issuing an ISIC card:

  1. In person at the Mojakartica Customer Service Center,
    Starine Novaka 1, Belgrade
    Working hours: Monday to Friday (10 AM – 2 PM).
    The card is issued immediately upon application.
  2. Online – Order an ISIC card.

ISIC CARD VALIDITY

The validity cycle of the ISIC card starts in September of each academic year and ends in December of the following year (the maximum validity period is 16 months).

Example of validity for the 2024/25 academic year:

  • Applying for an ISIC card by submitting a certificate for the 2024/25 academic year can be done starting from September 2024, when the academic year officially begins. In this case, the card will be valid from September 2024 until December 2025.
  • If the ISIC card application is submitted in any subsequent month of 2024 (October, November, December) or in 2025, the ISIC card will be valid from the month of application until 31.12.2025.

The membership fee amount is the same regardless of the time of application.

To renew the ISIC card, all required documentation must be submitted again.
