When applying for an ITIC card, it is necessary to submit:

A photocopy of an employment record book that officially shows a minimum of 1 year of working in the profession
Copy of ID card or passport
Certificate from school/faculty that a person has a permanent employment status (minimum 18-hour per working week)
One small photo (size for an ID card)
The annual membership fee is 1000 dinars and it is valid from the 1^st September to the 31^st December of the next school year (the card validity is related to the school year)

Explanation of the validity of the ITIC card

The cycle of validity of the ITIC card begins in September of each school year and ends in December of the following year (the longest validity period is 16 months).

Example of validity for school year 2018/2019:

Applying for the ITIC card by submitting a certificate for the school year 2018/2019 can be done in the beginning of the September of 2018 when the school year 2018/2019 officially begins. In this case, the card will be valid from September 2018 to December 2019.

If the cardholder submits a request in any other following month of 2018 (October, November or December) or in 2019, the ITIC card will be valid from the month in which the request for card issuance is submitted until the 31^st December 2019.

The following school years can be interpreted in this example.

The amount of membership fee is the same for any period of application. When the ITIC card is issued again, it is necessary to provide all the necessary documentation.

Users of ITIC cards who renew their membership earn a discount of 100 dinars per membership fee if they show their old ITIC card only in the office of Customer Service.
