About us

The European Youth Center was founded in 2002 in Belgrade and it has been successfully fulfilling the goal of improving the standards of young people and students through numerous international projects and programs for nearly two decades, in order to enable its members to acquire significant experience and to improve their mobility.

One of the prominent projects represented by European Youth Center is the European Youth Card project (EYCA), which allows young people up to 30 years access various discounts and benefits in different areas in Serbia and other European countries, with great support and partnership with the Council of Europe and the European Parliament at the international level.

As a long-term partner of the Global Travel Group in Serbia, European Youth Center has the exclusive right to participate in the development of the International Student Identity Card (ISIC) and the International Teacher Identity Card (ITIC), which joins the world’s unique project for students and it is present in over 120 countries of the world. This project is recognized by UNESCO with its successful development for over 60 years in the world

The European Youth Center is a signatory to numerous cooperation agreements with the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development and it is an active partner of the Government of the Republic of Serbia in creating of the youth policy.

Cooperating with the Faculties, Higher Education Institutions and Student Centers throughout Serbia, as well as numerous youth and sports organizations, additional efforts and creative energy are being invested in order to better respond to the needs of young people.
